Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    4 bay leaves (optional)
    2 12 oz. cans tomato paste
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 qts. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic with ground chuck.
    Drain well.
    Add bay leaves, tomato paste, sugar and tomato juice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add oregano to taste.
    Simmer 3 hours.
    Remove bay leaves.
    Serve over spaghetti noodles.
