Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies, rinsed and seeded
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    You will need an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch pan.
