Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten (substitute may be used)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 tsp. salt (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan or a 10-inch round skillet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes. The bread is very moist when done.
