Ribs And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork ribs, cut up
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Combine in covered pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
