Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. garlic
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Let cheese soften; stir in other ingredients except pecans. Form a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
