Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    2 sq. chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, milk, butter, nuts, salt, egg yolks, sugar, chocolate and lemon.
    Fold in the egg whites and pour into a buttered mold.
    Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes.
