Chicken Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken
    1/2 c. crushed saltines
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    4 green onions finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl combine chicken, crackers crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Shape into six patties. Heat oil in large skillet. Fry patties over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and heated thoroughly. Yields six servings.
