Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. rolled oats
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy or 9 to 10 minutes for crispy cookies.
