Dainty Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Cream butter
and sugar.
Add flour, one cup at a time. Add coconut.
Spread
mixture
on
cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to
40
minutes or until golden brown.
Stir with fork every 3
to 5 minutes while baking.
Let cool.
Crumble 3/4 of mixture in Pyrex dish.
