Swiss And Salmon Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) premium red or pink salmon, drained (skin and bones removed)
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoned salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    With an electric mixer; beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon salmon mixture into lightly greased mini muffin tins to fill. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned on edges.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Loosen with knife and remove to serving plate.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 26 to 28.
