Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Delicious apples, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put apple slices in a large bowl.
Break the eggs over them and add sugar, cinnamon, oil and raisins.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with a fork.
Bake for 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
Do not open the oven before 45 minutes has elapsed.
Cake is done when cake tester comes out clean.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
