Taco Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 small can sliced olives, drained
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12) taco shells
Preparation

In small amount of oil, brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder.
Hot peppers can be added (optional).
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Butter an oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with meat sauce.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top and
bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
