Quick Gourmet Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. firm fish (cod, halibut, perch, orange roughy, etc.)
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic or dash of garlic powder
    1 (14 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place onion, oil and garlic in dish.
    Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high.
    Add tomatoes and cinnamon. Top with fish. Cover and cook for 3 more minutes on High.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
