Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 jars junior baby food (carrots)
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Then use sifter to mix next 5 ingredients.
Combine the two and add nuts.
Use Bundt cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (may take longer; some ovens vary).
When cooled, cover with following icing.
