Chicken Amaretto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, halved
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, curry powder to taste
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Amaretto
    1 lemon
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch wide strips.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry powder.
    Roll strips in flour. Heat butter and brown chicken pieces on all sides.
    Add mushrooms, Amaretto, lemon juice and rind.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Mix chicken broth and cornstarch.
    Stir into skillet and stir until it bubbles and thickens.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
