Tossed Romaine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, cut into halves
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 c. romaine lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. croutons
Preparation

Rub large wooden salad bowl with cut cloves of garlic.
Stir in oil, cheese, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add romaine and croutons.
Toss until leaves glisten.
Makes 6 servings.
