Crispy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    1 c. peanuts
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Measure into saucepan brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour over popped corn and peanuts, then mix well.
    Spread it onto two large pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
