Everlasting Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 lb. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vinegar
    cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt. Break egg into 1-cup measuring cup; beat lightly with a fork. Add vinegar and enough water to fill cup. Mix well. Add to flour mixture. Wrap dough in waxed paper; place in tight cellophane bag and refrigerate. Break off dough and use as needed. Makes 6 single or 3 double crust pies.
