Pecan Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients except confectioners sugar.
    Mix until well blended.
    Refrigerate.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand 1 minute before removing from rack.
    Cool slightly.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
    Reroll before serving.
