Cornmeal Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in cornmeal and set aside.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Beat in buttermilk and melted butter.
    Add to dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
