Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. chopped (ground) zucchini
    1/2 lb. green peppers
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. red peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix zucchini and onions and
    sprinkle 5 tablespoons salt on top. Let stand overnight.
    Next day,
    drain
    and
    rinse well.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 3 minutes.
    Ladle into jars and seal.
