Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. oleo
    2 eggs
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo; add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Make a paste of cocoa and vinegar.
    Add this to the oleo mixture.
    Sift baking soda, salt and flour together.
    Add to mixture alternating with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and coloring.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
