Squash Casserole #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash, cooked and mashed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix margarine and dressing mix. Reserve 1/2 for topping. Mix squash, sour cream, onion, carrots, chicken soup and 1/2 dressing with margarine. Place in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes. Top with reserved dressing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 generously.
