Elegant Asparagus And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can asparagus, drained
    1 large can English peas, drained
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Add asparagus and
    peas
    to
    a
    2-quart
    casserole; set aside. In a
    medium saucepan, heat margarine;
    slowly stir in flour. Gradually
    add
    milk,
    stirring constantly.
    Add salt. Stir in cheese.
    Continue to cook and stir until cheese melts. Pour sauce over asparagus and peas.
    Slice boiled eggs and lay on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
