Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh cooked broccoli
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 c. mushrooms (canned)
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (for topping)
1/2 c. margarine (reserve 2 Tbsp. for topping)
Preparation

Mix together
all ingredients, except crackers and margarine reserved for topping.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Drizzle the margarine and reserved topping over the cracker crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes at approximately 450\u00b0.
