Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage, celery, onion and bell pepper in skillet; drain.
    You can heat the soups and cheese, if you wish.
    Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
    Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until whole dish is heated.
