Blue Ribbon Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 stick oleo, melted
    4 eggs
    2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; beat slightly.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Add flaked or shredded coconut; beat slightly.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Cook 45 minutes or until done at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
