Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
3 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, soda, nutmeg and cloves together; make a hole in center.
Add eggs, Wesson oil, pumpkin, vanilla, nuts and raisins; mix together.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
