Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb. total)
    2 thin slices cooked ham (about 1 1/2 oz.)
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese lite
    crushed seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Slice chicken breast 3/4 across.
    Cut ham and cheese in half. Lift top 1/2 of chicken breast and lay 1 piece of ham and cheese on top of bottom breast.
    Fold top back down.
    Brush chicken breast with water and roll in crushed croutons.
    Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
