Aunt Betty'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large carton sour cream
1/2 c. fresh onions, chopped
dash of garlic
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Mix, in a large bowl, hash browns, 1 stick melted butter, soup, sour cream, onions, garlic and salt.
Transfer to a 9 x 12-inch baking dish which has been greased.
