Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium pork chops
    1 1/4 c. rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow baking dish.
    Add consomme, onion and rice; mix together.
    Spread pork chops on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
