Mom'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bottle red food coloring
Preparation

Mix everything together, then bake at 300\u00b0 until sides pull away from pan, approximately 25 minutes.
Layers vary depending on size of pan.
