Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Stir; keep at room temperature for 24 hours. Use 1 cup Starter to make bread. Refrigerate remaining Starter until next feeding; fourth day.
