Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat water, milk and 3 tablespoons margarine until warm (butter does not need to melt).
    With electric mixer at medium speed, add liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients.
    Beat for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add 1 cup flour and beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    With spoon, stir in about 3 cups of flour to make soft dough.
