Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Lightly brown butter in large kettle.
    Remove from heat and cool down burner.
    Add onions; return to burner and saute until tender.
    Add potatoes and water to cover and cook until soft. Drain off liquid and reserve.
