Large Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine in a large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and shredded cheese. Blend well and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish, which has been greased with butter.
    Mix remaining melted butter with crushed corn flakes; sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
