Tangy Fruit America'S Cut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inch thick boneless center pork loin chops
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit jam
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown four America's Cut in a large skillet with vegetable oil, turn chops.
    Stir in cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit jam, mustard and vinegar.
    Cover and simmer gently for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
