Swiss-Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups water until dissolved.
    Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
    Combine flour and 1/2 cold water; stir into broccoli mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
