Ione'S Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 T. cider vinegar
    1 T. chopped green chili peppers
Preparation
    Heat tomatoes, soften gelatin in vinegar.
    Add to warm tomatoes stir until dissolved.
    Then add chili peppers. Refrigerate until firm.
    Present servings on lettuce leaf with daub of mayo.
