Stetson Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In airtight container, make layers as follows:
    lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Chill 24 to 48 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss before serving.
