Poached Chicken Breasts With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
Preparation
    Bone breasts and cut in half. Form meat into mound, in shallow baking dish. Brush with lemon juice and butter.
    Cover tightly and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
    Insert point of knife into thickest part.
    If juices run clear and meat is firm, chicken is done.
