Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, cut up
3 carrots, sliced
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 regular jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 chopped onion (medium)
Italian bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Bring broccoli and carrots to a boil.
Boil about 7 minutes. Do not overcook.
While they are cooking, mix the butter, soup, Cheez Whiz and chopped onion together.
Stir well.
Drain broccoli and carrots.
Put in casserole dish.
Pour mixture over top.
