Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    whipped dessert topping
    chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine
    sugar\tand cornstarch in medium saucepan.
    Add butter, lemon rind,
    lemon\tjuice
    and egg yolks.
    Mix in milk and stir
    constantly
    over medium heat until thickened.
    Cool. Fold in sour
    cream
    and fill crust.
    Refrigerate at least one hour.
