Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans
Preparation

Cook onions
and
beef\tuntil browned. Stir frequently. Add seasonings, tomatoes
and celery. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add kidney beans. Simmer about 15 minutes.
