Tuna Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 can tuna, drained
3 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine carrots, celery, onions and tuna.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve cold with raw vegetables or crackers.
