Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add a little milk and stir. Separate eggs, saving the whites for topping. Add the egg yolks (beaten) and remaining milk, vanilla, butter and salt. Cook in double boiler until thick. (Consistency is a little thicker than pudding.) Pour the cooked filling into cooked pie crust. Beat reserved egg whites, beating in 8 to 9 tablespoons sugar gradually while beating the whites. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and continue beating until stiff. Spread over filling and brown in oven.
