Miniature Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to make sure bottom and sides are covered.
    Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup and then top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
