Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice orange roughy per person
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine for frying
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    garlic powder
    1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    coarse cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roughy, let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine lemon juice and wine, dash of garlic powder and parsley flakes. Marinate roughy in mixture for exactly 10 minutes.
    Dredge in cracker crumbs and fry in butter until browned on both sides. Serve immediately.
