Orange Glazed Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless pork loin
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Rub pork loin with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake on rack, 30 minutes per pound.
    Remove from oven 30 minutes before done and punch holes in meat.
    Pour glaze over loin and return to oven for another 30 to 40 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining glaze.
