Elegant Steak And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 large onions, sliced 1/2-inch thick, separated
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (save juice)
11 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips.
In a large skillet, brown meat in oil using high heat.
Add onions and saute until crisp.
Blend soup, liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt together.
Pour over steak, add mushrooms.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over a bed of rice.
